After holding the functions of development manager and support / delivery in a well-known software publisher, Hervé joined the advising side to consolidate his vision of solutions with the real issues and needs of companies.
He specializes in project management in France and Europe in Banking / Finance / Insurance sectors, with significant experience in Asset Management. He worked both on preliminary studies and on their materialization : strategic development plans, pre-project opportunity, studies, choice and implementation of solutions, IS transformation projects, digital projects, process improvement and performance measurement, regulatory projects.
Hervé also has a very strong sensitivity in collective work, and he believes in the high contribution of the actors to respect commitments and make projects a success.
Passionate about jazz, he applies his good practices in the composition and creation of musical projects around his own trio jazz.
