More over, Périclès Services constantly monitors the state of the art project management methods applied to information systems transformations such as PMI, CMM, Prince 2, Agile. We rely on this methodological corpus,thus we have designed our own hybrid methodology than encompass both Agile and a more classic project management approach and can adapt to different project contexts encountered by clients. All consultants are trained on this internal “Périclès Services” methodology.

Finally, on the IT aspects, we combine market software and integration expertise : interfacing systems, data migration, tailor-made software developments. We provide an independent advise on IT solutions selection, auditing of information systems, and also leading custom business applications development projects.
